Thanks to the high ceilings and generous expanses of glass, the holiday home feels exceptionally spacious and bright. The waterside location creates a serene atmosphere, with constant views of passing boats and nature. The luxurious living area is furnished with a comfortable seating area, dining area, and flat-screen TV. Layout and comfort
Villa Hoflee is delivered as standard as a 4-person recreational villa with two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with fitted wardrobes and TV connections. The stylish bathroom features a washbasin and a generous walk-in rain shower. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. From the living room, you can step directly into your own garden, where an optional outbuilding (10 m²) or storage shed can be placed.
Built with the Future in Mind
The recreational villas are constructed with durable, high-quality materials. The solid wood is carefully treated for a long lifespan, the Bruynzeel kitchen is Class 3, and the AEG appliances guarantee quality. The bathroom features underfloor heating, and all windows are fitted with HR++ glazing. Naturally, the recreational villas fully comply with the Building Decree and achieve the highest energy label in their class.
Energy self-sufficiency
Each villa is equipped with its own solar panels and a battery pack, making the holiday home largely self-sufficient in energy.
The generated electricity provides heating, cooling, hot water and the daily use of household appliances. In the event of overcapacity, the energy is stored and used on less sunny days.
Smart water management
This villa is also pioneering when it comes to water management.
Rainwater is collected via the roof and stored in an underground tank. This water is then reused for purposes such as flushing the toilet, the washing machine, and watering the garden. For drinking and shower water, there is a connection to the Dunea network.
