The holiday homes are manufactured using sustainable, high-quality materials. The solid wood has been carefully treated for a long lifespan, the kitchen is Bruynzeel Class 3, and the AEG appliances guarantee quality. The bathroom features underfloor heating and all windows are fitted with HR++ glazing. Naturally, the holiday villas fully comply with the Building Decree and achieve the highest energy label in their class.
Energy self-sufficient
Each villa is equipped with its own solar panels and a battery pack, making the holiday home largely energy self-sufficient.
The generated electricity provides heating, cooling, hot water, and the daily use of household appliances. In the event of overcapacity, the energy is stored and used on less sunny days.
Smart water management
This villa is also progressive in terms of water management.
Rainwater is collected via the roof and stored in an underground tank. This water is then reused for purposes such as flushing the toilet, the washing machine, and watering the garden. For drinking and shower water, there is a connection to the Dunea network.

The stated purchase prices are fixed, including all mentioned facilities. The villas will be delivered fully ready for use, with the landscaping of the garden, terrace, and access paths included. The delivery concerns a furnished but unfurnished recreationalproperty and takes place free from transfer tax. It is explicitly stated that all communicated prices are subject to change and statutory indexation in the period until the final delivery of the movable and immovable property.
