Thanks to the high ceilings and generous glass sections, the holiday home feels extra spacious and bright. The waterfront location ensures a serene atmosphere, with constant views of passing boats and nature. The luxury living area is furnished with a comfortable seating area, dining area and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a fridge-freezer, hob with integrated extraction, combination microwave and dishwasher. Here, you can cook to your heart’s content with ease.

Layout and Comfort
Villa Hoflee is supplied as standard as a 4-person holiday villa with two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with built-in wardrobes and TV connections. The stylish bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a generous walk-in rain shower. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. From the living room, you can step straight into your own garden, where an outbuilding (10 m²) or a storage shed can optionally be placed.
Built with an eye for the future
The holiday homes are manufactured using sustainable, high-quality materials. The solid wood has been carefully treated for a long lifespan, the kitchen is Bruynzeel Class 3 and the AEG appliances guarantee quality. The bathroom features underfloor heating and all windows are fitted with HR++ glazing. Naturally, the holiday villas fully comply with the Building Decree and achieve the highest energy label in their class.
Energy self-sufficiency
Each villa is equipped with its own solar panels and a battery pack, making the holiday home largely self-sufficient in energy.
The generated electricity provides heating, cooling, hot water, and the daily use of household appliances. In the event of overcapacity, the energy is stored and used on less sunny days.
Smart water management
This villa is also forward-thinking when it comes to water.
Rainwater is collected via the roof and stored in an underground tank. This water is then reused for, among other things, flushing the toilet, the washing machine, and watering the garden. For drinking and shower water, there is a connection to the Dunea network.

The stated purchase prices are fixed including all mentioned facilities. The delivery of the villas is fully ready for use, including the landscaping of the garden, the terrace and the access paths. The delivery concerns a carpeted and curtained but unfurnished holiday home and takes place free of transfer tax. It is explicitly stated that all communicated prices are subject to price changes and statutory indexations in the period until the final delivery of the movable and immovable property.
