The Zaro recreational chalets are all already owned by guests who have been staying at the former Camping Vergeer for several years, in some cases even more than 40 years. Following the redevelopment, we are pleased to keep plots available so that these guests can continue to enjoy the ultimate recreational experience at Villapark Ardea with a beautiful, modern Zaro chalet.

Through this extensive experience, the company offers highly distinctive recreational chalets that the guests of Villapark Ardea can enjoy for many years to come.
Built with an eye for the future
Energy self-sufficiency
Each villa is equipped with its own solar panels and a battery pack, making the holiday home largely self-sufficient in energy.
The generated electricity provides heating, cooling, hot water and the daily use of household appliances. In the event of overcapacity, the energy is stored and used on less sunny days.
