The redevelopment of Villapark Ardea is scheduled to commence mid-October 2026. The works will begin with the clearing of the entire current campsite. Subsequently, a completely new and future-proof power grid based on solar energy will be installed, followed by the construction of advanced water management systems, sewerage, and drainage systems. A complete transformation of the current infrastructure will also take place, as well as the raising and widening of the dykes, the renewal of the sheet piling, and the widening of the ditches.

Following these extensive works, the placement of the villas and the landscaping of the gardens, green spaces, paving, and the solar energy roof over the car park will follow.

The plan is to have all plots, new villas, and gardens ready for use by mid-April 2028, so that you can enjoy your new, sustainable home.

The sale of the first plots and villas will start at the end of 2025 in a closed tender for existing guests and associates. The open registration for the plots will start in spring 2026.
