Rainwater is collected via the roof and stored in an underground tank. This water is then reused for flushing toilets, the washing machine, and watering the garden, among other things. For drinking and shower water, there is a connection to the Dunea network.

The stated purchase prices are fixed inclusive of all mentioned facilities. The villas are delivered fully ready for use, including the landscaping of the garden, terrace, and access paths. The delivery concerns a semi-furnished but unfurnished property and takes place free of transfer tax.
