With HR++ glazing, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and energy-efficient AEG appliances in the Bruynzeel class 3 kitchen, you are assured of comfort and a minimal ecological footprint.
Energy self-sufficiency
Each villa is equipped with its own solar panels and a battery pack, making the holiday home largely self-sufficient in energy.
The generated electricity provides heating, cooling, hot water and the daily use of household appliances. In the event of overcapacity, the energy is stored and used on less sunny days.
Smart water management
This villa is also pioneering when it comes to water management.
Rainwater is collected via the roof and stored in an underground tank. This water is then reused for purposes such as flushing the toilet, the washing machine, and watering the garden. For drinking and shower water, there is a connection to the Dunea network.
