Layout and Comfort
Villa Hoflee is supplied as standard as a 4-person holiday villa with two spacious bedrooms, both featuring fitted wardrobes and TV connections. The stylish bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a generous walk-in rain shower. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. From the living room, you can step straight into your private garden, where an outbuilding (10 m²) or a storage shed can be placed as an option.

The holiday villas are manufactured using sustainable, high-quality materials. The solid wood has been carefully treated for longevity, the kitchen is Bruynzeel Class 3, and the AEG appliances guarantee quality. The bathroom features underfloor heating and all windows are fitted with HR++ glazing. Naturally, the holiday villas fully comply with the Building Decree and achieve the highest energy label in their class.
Energy self-sufficient
Each villa is equipped with its own solar panels and a battery pack, making the holiday home largely energy self-sufficient.
The generated electricity provides heating, cooling, hot water, and the daily use of household appliances. In the event of overcapacity, the energy is stored and used on less sunny days.
Smart water management
This villa is also progressive in terms of water management.
Rainwater is collected via the roof and stored in an underground tank. This water is then reused for purposes such as flushing the toilet, the washing machine, and watering the garden. For drinking and shower water, there is a connection to the Dunea network.
