The stated purchase prices are fixed inclusive of all facilities mentioned in this prospectus. The villas will be delivered fully ready for use, including the landscaping of the garden, the terrace, and the access paths. The delivery concerns a furnished but unfurnished recreational property and takes place free of transfer tax.
