Where tradition and the future meet
Villapark Ardea has a unique origin. In the 1960s, Theo and Wil Vergeer were the pioneers of recreation in Warmond, when they were the first to start a campsite on Grandpa Vergeer’s meadows at the Hoflee. At the time, camping guests with tents or caravans literally moved between the cows to celebrate their holidays in the heart of nature.
In the 1970s, the first simple mobile homes appeared, through which the site evolved into a beloved spot for seasonal recreation. Regular guests rented their own plots and returned year after year to this unique waterfront location.
With the takeover by sons Pascal and Etienne, a new phase has begun. Under their leadership, Villapark Ardea has been transformed into a contemporary, sustainable holiday park where recreation, work, and relaxation come together in harmony.
